Commercial/Corporate/Business: This area of our practice includes the formation, operation and liquidation of all types of business organizations including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures; the acquisition and sale of on-going businesses; the handling of various contract matters; financial planning; collections; and other matters involving the operation of a client's business. We work closely with the client's CPA and other business advisors.

Employment Law: We regularly advise our corporate clients in all aspects of their dealings with their employees. This area of our practice includes advising clients regarding wage and hour laws, OSHA requirements, employee handbooks, employment agreements, covenants not to compete, harassment policies, severance packages, and many other aspects of Employer-Employee relationships.

Litigation: We are involved in a wide range of civil litigation, including products liability; corporate, commercial and business litigation; construction and contract litigation; insurance defense litigation; finance; employment law; professional liability; real estate; eminent domain and zoning.

Lender/Creditor: The firm routinely represents lenders and creditors in bankruptcy matters; liens; workouts; foreclosures; and leasing.

Consumer Bankruptcy: We represent consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.

Wills, Estates and Estate Planning: Our attorneys are experienced to handle the simplest individual plan to the most complex estate, involving estate valuations, tax avoidance, gifting plans, executive benefit plans, shareholder agreements, deferred compensation plans and other estate planning situations.

Real Estate: Our attorneys practice in the areas of residential real estate; commercial real estate; SBA lending; subdivisions; condominiums; shopping centers and condemnations.
